KT Lynn loved Yoga the moment she stepped onto her first mat!

~Background & Education~

Health & fitness was always a struggle for her but Yoga changed all of that. The inclusive nature to body, mind and spirit offered a deeper purpose to it all. Her practice and teaching of Yoga began in 2008, also around the same time of receiving her Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. KT Lynn is 500HR YogaWorks certified and is a registered E-RYT through Yoga Alliance as a Continuing Education Provider.  

~Teaching Style~

Through annual certifications and continuing education, she keeps her teaching current and up-to-date. KT's teaching is steeped in anatomical reasoning which fosters safety, while promoting equity and accessibility as a primary focus in all her teachings. It is also her personal mission to make every student feel welcome and supported in her classes. This can be shown by her inclusive teaching style, through posture-variation offerings and even-paced yet detailed cueing, so all students can be on the same page.

~Passions & Hobbies~

Her passions & hobbies include traveling, rooting for the Saints, decorating, cooking, cuddling her fur-babies (3 dogs and 2 cats!), spending time with friends & family, the arts and working with non-profit organizations within in the greater New Orleans area.

New Orleans has always been the treasure of her heart and is overjoyed to call The Crescent City her forever home!
